      The place was very rundown. The first thing that was soon as I open the door to my room was the old musky smell of the rug. It had holes in the walls and cockroaches. The sheets were dirty. Nothing nice to say about it whatsoever.

      Surprisingly quiet for the location right off hwy. Couldn't ask for a better location. And the room was newly remodeled and clean if austere and tiny. Bed was comfortable and AC kept humming along.

      Appreciated the continental breakfast, which was quite minimal. However, the grapes and sweet strawberries made up for it. Also, work was being done, and we had to pull shades given the worker's proximity. And even though it didn't bother us as we were early risers, they started hammering away at about 7:30 Sunday morning. None of that would deter me from returning again, though.

      The location is close by the airport and beach. There are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby and in walking distance. Free parking is a huge plus

      The bathroom and towels needed to be cleaned better and with more pride. The walls are thin so you can hear what the upstairs room is doing.

      Close proximity to beach/boardwalk. Balcony was nice. Gentleman that was probably the manager was very helpful when we needed an extra bed.

      Room wasn’t that clean. Hair stuck to the shower wall, mold on the wall by the ac unit and outdated. Staff was off putting, not very friendly.
