  The location is amazing. The Saltwater Inn is clean and comfortable. Great harbor vistas with lots of boats and Sea Lions. The Siren restaurant next door serves delicious dishes. Go for long walks along the sea wall and piers. Don't expect a big city experience. 🙂

  The property was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Easy and quick check in and check out, and my $100 room deposit was refunded almost immediately! Thank you!

  The shower curtain in Room 118 is too short/too high up. It barely touches the top of the shower tray, and doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do (keep water in). We had to use all of our towels to clean up the water that puddled on the floor after we showered. Please fix this simple issue, because a puddle of water in a handicap bathroom is a recipe for disaster. The hot water in the shower took way too long to be warm enough to shower in.

  New hotel. Roomy and comfortable. Clean and quiet. Staff was fantastic, went above and beyond. Good buffet breakfast. Pool, gym and breakfast hours were generous.

  Dishwasher has top function buttons, which are covered with cabinet panel. Had to select 1 hour delay, close the door and hope it started.

  The breakfast was extremely and excessively expensive and overpriced.

  The rooms were dirty and dust covered every surface even after housekeeping came in. My granddaughter had to have respiratory treatments because of the lack of cleanliness. There was cockroaches on the wall and the bed was so uncomfortable I had to lay pillows and all my cloths down to sleep on top of.

  It was Awesome! A real breakfast. Such an incentive and truly Kingdom style Love and hospitality. Immaculate and feet away from the Ocean and the view was breathtaking. Standards and service is thru the Roof. It's hard to believe that in America, Fernandina Bch You definitely get what you pay for and more.
