      I’m not sure how to rate this resort because it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I regret mentioning I had a little handicap and it was difficult continually climbing stairs or hills to use a restroom with my physical condition. We ended up leaving a day earlier than I paid for and of course could not get compensated for my early departure. We left because my grandkids were bored. We were under the impression the hotel tub was included however it WAS NOT and to pay for each of my family member to sit in the hot tub was extremely expensive.

      A tv if you have children. The hot tub should be included in your stay. Be sure if you have any kind of physical handicap you let facility know and maybe they can accommodate you better as well as if you chose to check out earlier then your stay you should receive some kind of refund.

      The room was underwhelming. The decor was tired. No one was in reception when we arrived and we had not been provided with key collection info. There was a mouse in our room. When we reported this to reception in the morning the receptionist was totally disinterested and defensive. We paid a lot for the accommodation and we were extremely disappointed. If there was any process to request a refund we would have done so.
