Each of us had a separate bedroom with air conditioning, which was a huge plus – the house stayed pleasantly cool even during hot days. The place is very comfortable and well-equipped: a great kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and a lovely, well-arranged garden with private parking. - “Everything was incredible! We booked a premium (or maybe superior - whatever the best one was) sea view king room that was on the 8th floor - the highest point in the hotel. We took so many videos of the room and view. The bed was SO comfy and they sent us extra pillows on request. They provide unlimited water bottles which we loved and they even gave us a breakfast to-do basket because we were leaving to the airport before breakfast started. The room itself was huge, had tons of storage space, drawers, a wardroad, robes, slippers etc. It was also very very very clean. There was a pool on the balcony and a rain shower with a seperate handheld shower head and a bench. The staff delivered our bags to our rooms, took them down when we were leaving and even delivered Grab delivery meals to our room for us. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the breakfast staff, restaurant staff, front desk, house keeping, bell boys etc. Breakfast buffet was out of this world - they had stations where you could have fresh noodles and omlets cooked, fresh fruit, fresh juices, an expresso bar... SO much to choose from and everything was great. Great location a 5 minute walk to the boat ferry "office" and pick up point. We also enjoyed the spa twice and I got one of the best massages that I have ever had there. Such an incredible experience and stay. The pictures don't do it justice. Infinity pool was gorgeous. Highly recommend getting a sea view! The top floor above us (9th) is actually a bar that is only open certain hours but we went up there when it was closed. By looking around and walking around it seems like the room we got was the highest view room in Ao Nong of the beaches and mountains. We got beach and mountain views! The room was also mostly quiet - one Saturday night we could hear some competing loud music from other places until 10:30 p.m. but other than that super quiet the rest of the time.”

  Cute, kind staff, reasonable price considering that it was the only option left for the day (we had two accommodations that didn’t work out). Hotel room was small but that was perfectly okay! It was clean, it was a place to sleep and come back to. Easy neighborhood, felt safe. Front desk was nice, there was coffee in the lounge area. Overall happy.

  We stayed here as a quick stop on a long road trip out west. It's well located right off the highway and next to a restaurant/gas station. The Bigfoot statues on the front lawn were a cute touch that my 8yo enjoyed. We arrived very late and checked out very early - staff were available and helpful.

  The rooms were clean but felt very damp. It could have been from the AC but the floor actually has a dampness to it that made me think water was seeping up. We slept ok, beds were comfy - but a constant feeling of being damp was not the most pleasant.

  Loved the location and the motor-lodge ambiance. Restaurant next door was quite good, though they seemed to be understaffed, so service was slow.

  Mentioned a couple of annoyances with our room (#309) at checkout and the manager (owner?) was rather dismissive about them. While he thanked me for bringing to their attention, he didn't make any note of it. He literally picked up his pencil as if he were going to note the issues, thanked me, and then put the pencil down on the counter. Dollars-to-donuts, he hasn't done anything about those issues, which were a clogged bathroom sink and a ticking sound from the mini-fridge compressor.

  Absolutely nothing. Black mold all over the place. Got sick and had to leave early on June 2nd.

  The floor was permanently damp and wet. Left suitcases open overnight and clothes were damp to the touch. The hair dryer started smoking and sparking during use, so we switched rooms across the hall. This time the new room had no hair dryer, no soap, dirty towels. More mold in the lamps and on the walls. Wet air, a leaky AC. worst stay ever, left sick because of it.

  Comfortable bed. Good AC. Decent location in relation to walking to town. House was clean.

  Barbeque was dirty. Picture deceptive. Had to park down below house, and walk up several stairs. Copious amount of ants came out of the shower head. No garage. No where to put our electric bikes.

  Location was fine, easy walk to the beach. Very very clean and comfortable unit.

  Internet service was not the best, didn’t always work. TV sets, main set was not working, we had to have maintenance come to hookup. Bedroom set was not working, maintenance left not knowing why it wasn’t working. Spent a sufficient amount of time trying to get the TVs to work the entire stay. Maintenance never came back by to check, Very frustrating. Not familiar with the property, I had to keep asking questions at the front desk. I feel staff should had gave me an overview upon on arrival, picking up our keys, about the amenities available to us. I was given paperwork for the property but it was unhelpful. Glad we had a 1st floor unit, elevator was broken our entire stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
