We love the Stardust Hotel. We’ve stayed here frequently and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs. We plan to return next year because Wallace is so close to Lookout Pass Ski Resort.

The location was perfect for my situation. There are lots of attractions within walking distance, and the area has a good nightlife. The easy check-in process was extremely convenient. Plus, its proximity to the Amtrak station made traveling incredibly convenient for me.

The food was cold. The elevators was the terrible system that you have waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited for an elevator it got to the point where people would you just stuffing in and the elevator said overload overload overload. It is so dangerous. I will not stay here and I want to tell everybody how terrible this place is.

Staff, very dirt, expensive for the quality of room we received. Paid for a room with a view of the lake and got a room with a view of the pool roof and the air handling unit on the roof. Was told they gave the room I paid extra for away to another guest because they paid the hotel and not booking.com like I did. Then on top of it all they said they needed a credit card for security and charged me for the same price I paid for my room already. So I was double charged. Booking.com made it right over a month after our stay.
