  We had to check out in the middle of the night, but there was no one Available to check out with and we were not able to successfully check out at the kiosk because it would not recognize that we had a reservation. We tried to contact customer service but ended up leaving a voicemail and just left the keys next to the kiosk. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or clean since the last guest and the toilet had dried urine stains on it. The beds were not very comfortable either. Apparently this was a long term hotel but I didn’t realize that when I booked.
