  Fully stocked and very clean. Upon entering, it smelled lovely and not like cheap cleaner fluid. They provide lovely amenities like soft robes and slippers, which I’ve never experienced and appreciated greatly! The kitchen is stocked to do some basic cooking, but it’s large and lovely with modern appliances. There’s washer and dryer as well as some detergent. I can’t say enough good things about my stay. I want to stay here any time I visit, no exceptions! The most organized stay with very communicable owners. Thank you!

  Welcome to the KEY STONE state sign behind the main desk. That would be like saying Welcome to the HIL TON hotel or Welcome to the HAMP TON Inn & Suites Keystone is a work and not two words.

  When we got there to check in ...l was told l did not have a reservation. I showed them my confirmation on my phone...she said that did not matter...the hotel did not have my reservation so l had to pay again for the night at a higher rate. At that point l paid it because l was too tired to drive

  The room had blood on the mattress and in the bathroom, and we informed them but they didn’t care. The old lady at the reception is very bad — she didn’t want to return the $100 deposit. She told us to clean the room before leaving or it would be deducted from the deposit. We didn’t use the room at all, just slept, and in the morning we were in a hurry to work. Then she deducted $30 from the deposit just to tidy up the room. The old lady is very bad, and the reception smells terrible.

  It was a neat throwback room. Being located right alongside the lake was perfect.

  The shower had wonderful pressure but was facing the shower curtain. It should be easily routed to spray against the shower wall. All was pretty well until waking up early to a weird and strong smell. It was almost a moist and mildew type smell.
