If I ever return to Ubud, I will definitely stay at the Adiwana Resort Jembawan, as it was truly special.”

  The bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was consistent and the water pressure was amazing. There’s a balcony, but the railing is worn and there’s no furniture to sit and enjoy it. The hotel is definitely dated. The shower head was very low (and I’m only 5’3”), and we were only given one set of towels. When we checked in, the night clerk (a man) seemed completely checked out and uninterested in helping. On top of that, our room keys kept getting deactivated, which was a hassle. The location isn’t very close to the Round-Up Arena or downtown, but the shuttle that runs right out front was a big plus and made getting around easy. Overall, it worked for a short stay, but the place could really use some updates and better customer service.

  It was OK. Staff was very friendly. Facilities are nice despite the obvious heavy use from families there for tournaments. Our door lock batteries died and within minutes the ‘engineer’ was there to fix it. His “so sorry for the inconvenience” remark was genuine.

  Wi-Fi was the worst. Like, c’mon folks! How is my signal only 1MBPS?? And the additional parking fee. Really? This is not a downtown facility. Everyone has a car.
