The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Staff was friendly. Booked for a long room but when I checked in they gave me a dbl queen. I showed him my online booking and he changed it but tried to tell me I didn’t book the king room even though I had proof.

When I finally got to the king room I was frustrated because not only was this the 2nd room I had to move to, it was also dirty. Garbage and an old vape left in the room. Trash bins had bags with grange and residue from the previous guests. The bedding had multiple hairs in it so I brought up my own sheets and blankets. I clean for a living so instead of throwing a fit and complaining for a 3rd time, I just cleaned the room myself but I shouldn’t have had to do that!

Beautiful views. Fishing outside our front door, golf outside the back door. So many things for the kids to do. We loved it!

Honestly, nothing. I was a little confused about using the fire pits, etc…not sure if we needed to reserve them or if they were open to use.

Great location and really cute apartment. Enjoyed the steam shower.

Visiting in June, it was very hot. The portable and AC and window units did not work well. Only able to open 1 window. Even with the box fans it was still very hot during the night.

I loved that it is a historic property.

I appreciate the antiques in the lobby and through out the hotel. Nicely decorated, and fun to walk through. However the room that my son and I stayed in looked tired and begging for a refresh. I asked the receptionist if I could move to a more comfortable room, but her reply was that this is part of the charm via being in a historic hotel. This isn’t my first time staying in a historic place. Maybe I’m just used to reupholstered furniture and not banged up pieces of furniture in the room.

The apartment was cute.

There was no dishwashing liquid. The dining room table rocked, it was not steady. The comforter was stained giving the impression that it was not safe to sleep on the bed so the couch sufficed for the king-sized bed I chose. The floor was clean for the most part just a paper under the table. The door was not secure. Some of the furniture looked like it came from a swap meet. That was too much money for two days for those conditions.

Close to restaurants.

Tv stopped working, didn’t have a channel guide, bathroom was nasty, water didn’t get hot, crack in the tub, and light over desk didn’t work! The bed felt and looked like something from a prison movie. I won’t stay here again.
