  The front desk staff, I think his name is Anthony, was very helpful as we had made a mistake with our reservation. The property is not your usual Hampton inn, it's very quaint and right in the heart of the bustling restaurant/bar strip in New Smyrna Beach. We met Mr. Cox, the resident rooster and had our breakfast in the beautiful courtyard adjacent to the breakfast area.

  We always stay here in Dalhart when we travel to Colorado. We love the location because we drive right through Dalhart.

  The only complaint I’d say this trip is the outside patio areas. Chairs were flipped over cushions thrown on ground. In the back where you walk your dog trash was on the grass from plastic bottles to plastic bags etc. The rooms were fantastic and so cleaned. I saw the cleaning girls in the hall and even stopped to tell them they were doing great and working so hard. They were going to town!!!

  I've been staying with you guys for 3 years now since my son started at Tech, and ever since I have taken my 2 dogs and charged $25 total for a 2 night stay for the dogs, this last time you guys charged me $86 and I've called and been told the manager will call me back it was a misunderstanding and never got a call back. Now I need to go at the end of the onth but I'm re-thinking if I should stay there...

  The property was nice. The rooms were decent size. The food was good.

  The house cleaning staff was very bad. They folded used towels and placed them as if they were clean. Vanity items like cotton balls and ear buds were never provided and when we requested them it took more than an hour to get. Customer service was poor because we raised complaints on our experience but it seems management wasn’t interested in making our stay great

  VERY VERY VERY musty, almost un bearable. They even had something under the entertainment center to get rid of the moisture so they much have known how bad it was and it wasn’t helping. Fridge DID NOT keep anything cold! We had food and soft drinks in there for 4 days and nothing got cold and food was ruined. freezer was stuck on the coldest setting possible and couldn’t change it, froze things that should never freeze fully because it was so cold. Bathroom was tiny, you only had room to go in there and turn around, so if multiple people are needing to get ready at the same time not the place for you. The building itself is nice!
