      The location is perfect, not far from DownTown Phoenix, close to the light rail of the city, secure and quiet. The staff is very nice, helpful and informative. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excelent with good coffee, cereal,yogurt etc.

      The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was updated and very clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

      Carpetting through out the building was very dirty, including the bedroom, furniture and appliances in the room were dusty, had dirty rag wip marks across the room. Breakfast area did not meet hygiene standards, we witnessed the counter being wiped with the same browned dirty rag as the serving utensils while we were eating breakfast.

      From the moment we arrived, this house exceeded every expectation. Tucked away in a peaceful location, the property was a perfect blend of charm, comfort and lots of detail. The interior was spotless, the kitchen and the bath rooms were fully stocked. The beds were so comfortable that we had a hard time leaving. The outdoor space was absolutely spectacular. Whether sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine under the stars, it was absolute bliss. Plenty of outdoor seating and plenty of pool towels. We also appreciated the quiet, privacy, and proximity to both nature and local attractions. It was the perfect base for hiking, exploring the town, or simply unwinding. Highly recommend.
