  The price was great for what it was. It was easy to find. The rooms were very clean and well kept.

  I was hoping there would be a locker or something to put my stuff in. Our room had a lock but none of us had keys so our door was always unlocked. There were security camaras on the premises so I felt a bit better.

  If you imagine staying in an elderly family members guest room, you’ll have it at Texas Inn. You’ll have a bed, tv, ac, bathroom, towels. I’d gladly give up the tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash for having my car right outside my hotel door or backed up to a wooden wall. Bring all other items. Living in hotel rooms long enough I know to pack the produce tray with ice to maintain the frozen food in the dorm fridge. Please empty that before you leave. Hotel cleaning is a hard job. In this case, it appears to be performed by family or close relations. The bed was firm, but I surprisingly had incredible sleep. Not much more to share. Yes, I’d stay again. Inexpensive, safe for single women, dog friendly.

  Dated. Last upgraded in the 70’s. The lamp shades took up half the desk and all of the night stands. Only one outlet to connect to for a USB plug I brought. This caused me to crouch over a nightstand (I moved the lamp) to conduct business and charge my devices. I stayed 5 days. They charged double for my pup pup for extended stay. Adamant about pool area free of poo although most travelers with animals would NEVER leave waste. No bag stand to accommodate. Like everything else bring your own. The pool was empty and area around it not enticing even for my pup to wander around. I watched a guy grill on his truck tailgate. Ahhhh, Denton.
