I never saw the room service personnel, and they never knocked on my door to ask if I needed replacement of towels. The pamphlet information was 1 little paper at checkin that didn't advise other facilities offered on the property, such as ice machine location, pool, what the laundry cost was and where. I had to ask all questions. There were no door hanger signs to advise of towel replacement, all the soaps, hair products were really CHEAP. There was not a placard to request bed sheet service or even "DO NOT DISTURB.

Easy check in. The staff that I encountered was friendly. The location was very good. It was pet friendly with access to a large walking area for pets just across the street. Easy access to the highway. The view was okay. It had what we needed. Breakfast had enough options and was good quality and clean. Parking was easy, safe, convenient and close. The air conditioning kept our room very comfortable on a hot day.

One review had said that the cream cheese for the bagels was a big one for everyone to use. It was just opened so I used it but I agree that it wasn’t really all that sanitary. Not enough to say that it affected my stay in any way. The breakfast area was small and didn’t allow much room for multiple people but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Our room was spectacular with three rounded large, gorgeous windows, comfortable bed, beautiful decor just 10 out of 10 room!!! Heather was a delight for our check-in. Everybody that we interacted with were friendly and pleasant. The bartender Ashleigh at the speakeasy was fabulous. Loved having the breakfast outside our room. Highly recommend!

All the wood around the refrigerator was all rotted out. The wood in the bathroom was all rotted out as well. It looked like they painted over rotted wood. There was a leak under the refrigerator and they didn’t replace it. They just painted over it. And it was all lifted and rotted wood.

The rug was so old that when I walked on it, it was sticky. That rug was very old. I didn’t even wanna take off my shoes. Yet the area was beautiful. And sorrow was the cute little coffee shop down the street. Excellent coffee. When I arrived, they gave me a room on the third floor. People were smoking weed, and it was going right into the hallway. My room was the next door over. I asked them to move me to the second room. And that room was in poor condition.

A Night Stay for a Ball Game! Perfect location for a baseball game at Nationals parks! Easy to register, good breakfast. Room was very comfortable and well-equipped.

Staff was fantastic - the site and room was incredibly clean which was appreciated. A short drive to everything we needed or wanted from restaurants to shops to the beach to other family-friendly fun.

Breakfast was just shy of perfect. For example- the waffles in particular didnt taste great but the toppings helped. Also wasnt a plus for us to have dogs everywhere but not a dealbreaker
