Good hot water at all times. The linen and towels were clean. The plus point is that on my request they gave me an adjoining room at no extra cost as I had two young teenage daughters. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. The Jomtien bus station was just next door. There were great eatery places around like Frasers just at the entrance of The Chateau, we enjoyed the food at Frasers. There was a supermarket closeby. We loved our stay that we extended for another 2 days and it was at a great price. Only drawback the bed was a lil hard and uncomfortable but rest everything was lovely. Looking forward to stay here again.”

  I’m gonna sound like I’ve been paid to write this review, but I promise I’m just an extremely happy customer! The location was amazing and was close to practically everything in the upper half of Los Angeles. When traffic wasn’t bad, it would take no more than a 15 minute car ride to get to any spot we visited (Sunset Blvd, Echo Park, Santa Monica, etc.). Sam was an amazing person to work with throughout the booking process and during our stay. I could keep going but I’ll leave it at that. 100% recommend!

  There was nothing that we didn’t like and no complaints to be made about our stay. The only complaint we have is regarding the area around the neighborhood; we had a little trouble finding a patch of grass for our dog to use as a potty area. But we were able to find patches of grass just a few steps down the corner of the little block the property is on. But after discovering the patches of grass around the corner, we had no trouble after that.

  I had to switch properties because Internet did not work. The rooms are old and some furniture has missing screws. “Breakfast” is stale packaged danish. You have to make your own coffee in the room with a cheap single coffee machine. No napkins are provided. It was basic lodging if you are in a bind.

  Beautiful cabin, a lot of very nice welcoming touches. Kids liked the game room

  It was advertised as 13,000 square ft. It was closer to 1800 sq ft. Parking was nearly impossible as we have to back into the main road to access or leave the property. Having to heave the luggage down the stairs to enter the property was a problem especially since the bottom step is warped and loose. The dishwasher smelled terrible.
