  Staff were exceptional, exceeding all expectations. Extremely helpful, polite, anticipated our needs and then went beyond to fulfill those needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay while visiting Miami. Free transportation to nearby attractions and reasonable prices for longer distance transportation needs. Loved it.

  We liked the vibe of the condo with the modern feel. The location is excellent with many things to do near by. The Botantical Restraurant and Bar is wonderful and only a few steps away. The host was prompt and very nice. The condo had great products in the baths also.

  On the negative side, the condo only had on fan, and it was a little warm at night. Also, the music from the downstairs businesses played all night long. The host was contacted but apparently it was unable to be resolved.

  The location is great for access to attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns and Falls, Blowing Rock to name but a few.

  The property does not have air con. The condo would benefit greatly from the installation of ceiling fans in the main living area and bedrooms to circulate the mountain air to cool the rooms.
