The ventilation was horrible throughout the whole hotel. Both mine and my child's eyes were red from smoke. We both had headaches. Smoke was even in the room- we had requested a non-smoking room. When asked if I could change rooms, I was told to come downstairs with all my belongings and wait in line (there was a long line). I decided to wait until the line died down, but it was too late and we were too tired. The staff was not friendly and some were even straight out rude! The customer service was terrible, consistently, throughout the whole hotel, and even rude to my child! The pool was closed by 6pm which was super disappointing! Why so early?? It's daylight still. The Mexican restaurant El Burro Burracho was terrible! We had the Carne Asada fajitas which was lacking any flavor. The beans and rice were bland, and when asked if there was hot sauce or salsa, they just gave us store bought hot sauce. The waiter was snobby and super unfriendly. The hostess was nice, however. For the 3 days and nights I was there I didn't see anyone win anything in the casino. Everyone I asked said it was a bad casino to play in. While the room we staid in was spacious, it was super old and outdated. There was hair in the bathtub, the drapes were old and musty, and it needed new carpet. The bathtub faucet was loose from the wall, and there was only 1 bar of soap available- no body wash. Good thing I brought my own. I am glad the room came with a mini fridge- but that was not included in the room description. If it had been included, I would not have gone out of my way to bring a cooler for my drinks and snacks. If mini fridges are in that kind of room, it should say so. The affordability of the rooms was not worth the lack in all of the areas mentioned above. Any money I saved on rooms, was spent on the ridiculous prices I paid everywhere else. I won't be back.

place was run down and literally yards off a major highway. roaches in room and mold around bathroom fixtures. wallpaper in hallway ripping and peeling off the walls and we found a literal ball of hair on our floor from the previous person.

Booked room because it was supposed to be pet friendly. Arrived with my dog only to be told no dogs are allowed and was refused a refund for the rooms booked. Lost over $300 and had to drive over 2 hours away to find another hotel for my family.

The location was great, it was easy to get in/out, and to check in/check out. The best thing, by far, was dealing with the location contact. She was VERY prompt. We exchanged several emails. Then, we needed some things (batteries, light bulb) and someone showed up within 30 min to take care of it.
