  The entire place was perfect and romantic. The room was absolutely perfect. It ad AC inside so we could cool down after being in the eat. The grill was perfect for making our burgers. The firepit was amazing because we were able to make smores and stare at the stars above. And the shower is outdoors which was really cool to use. With hot water.

  For the restroom, there was a porta poddy, and it was smelled and was hot inside. But at least there's somewhere to use the restroom.

  The location was great. The apartment was very nicely decorated. It had everything you could need. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

  The check in process was a nightmare. On the day of my arrival I did not get an email with explanation about how to check in. My daughter finally found a way to contact the person in charge of the property. That person couldn’t tell us anything about the check in either. I went to the building and encountered a very frustrated concierge who had nothing to do with the Airbnb part of the building. She advised that I had to go into a storage room to find a lockbox with a particular number scribbled on it. There were dozens of lockboxes and the correct one was difficult to find. Then back to the front desk to sign paperwork. I then had to go up to the apartment ( which was hard to find) to get a garage door opener. Back down to the concierge to get a parking pass for the parking garage. Then I had to find the correct parking spot which wasn’t easy either. If all this had been explained to me by the manager of the property I wouldn’t have been so stressed out. I can’t even imagine arriving after dark having to deal with all that. The other unpleasant part were the cockroaches but they didn’t appear until the second day.

  The beds were amazingly comfortable, clean, and inviting..

  There was mending work needed on the building and iron railings. We know the owners were working on fixing it up, but some of the decrepatation were a super necessity to fix. We also didn't like not having covers on the fan and lights in the bathroom. The pool looked awesome. Great feature for travelers with kids. Best of all, the cost was super affordable, remember...you get what you pay for.

  I felt that this booking was a bit misleading. Pictures showed large yurts, but only one site had a yurt that was shown in the pictures. The others were much smaller. Additionally, I could not find the office to check-in. There was no message telling me what yurt I was assigned when I booked this. I had no service to contact them and ended up having to find a hotel in town. No one reached out to me asking about my non-appearance even days after my check-out date. Next door, there is also a property covered in mannequins and other art that creeped my boyfriend out. This place is really out in the middle of nowhere, not close to jtree at all so I would recommend somewhere else if you’re getting up early to go to the park. And make sure you’re okay with some light off-roading if you pick here.
