Beach was great! Sandy and clean, there was a lot of people but spaced out comfortably. Elevators were fast. The bed was a good size, the people who work the front desk were always available and helpful. The food at the restaurant tasted good, the pool was busy but large enough to still be enjoyable, it wasn’t deep at all though. Locations great. Great view from balcony. I was able to lay things out to dry on the balcony (on chairs not the railing). Room keys were bracelets.

The restaurant was crazy slow. The bathtub was all scuffed and scraped up so it wasn’t enjoyable sitting in it. There wasn’t much water pressure in the bathroom sink. Had to sign an agreement stating I would not turn ac down past 68. Tv glitched every couple of mins.

Location met our needs except there was absolutely nowhere to park when we arrived late. Room was fine but pricey for a basic room. Yogurt and granola breakfast was just okay.

Advertisement on Booking.com could have been honest. We checked in and went to the room. We opened the door and saw only 1 bed. We went back to the front desk and asked for 2 beds as stated on the reservation. That establishment did not have 2 beds in any of the rooms. We asked for a full refund. They told us to call Booking.com and ask them for the refund. They said they will send an email to Quality Inn and they would need to approve the refund. I didn't see anything happening on my statement so I called my credit card and filed a dispute.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Due to a change in plans, I called ahead to try and adjust our reservation. I was told over the phone that it wouldn’t be a problem and was even encouraged to book horseback riding, which I did. However, when I later contacted Booking.com, they informed me that the ranch had refused to modify or cancel the reservation. I called back to at least cancel the horse rides, but again was told that wasn’t possible. When we arrived, things went from bad to worse. The “tipis” are a complete joke — what you actually get is a tattered tent with holes, and overgrown grass everywhere. The shared bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, to the point of being a potential health risk. We were so uncomfortable and grossed out that we left after the second night, despite having paid for more. To make matters worse, smoking is supposedly not allowed anywhere on the premises, yet we saw staff openly smoking inside the barn. The horseback rides were underwhelming and clearly overbooked — it felt unsafe with so many riders being managed by too few guides. This place is clearly cutting corners and prioritizing profits over safety and cleanliness. We later saw that the ranch is up for sale, which might explain the lack of care or investment. Overall, this was a waste of money and a serious disappointment.
