I enjoyed staying in the socialising room, to the point that I started thinking that I should buy a house similar to that and settle there, The owner was so kind and helpful, and he came regularly to clean the house, and the location of the hostel was perfect close to anything you may ever need. I just loved this house, it felt like a real warm home, not a mere hostel, and I met lots of sweet girls there, what a wonderful experience! I wish there were more only females hostels like this one in every city.”

  Loved the location and view. Beach right across the seawall within walking distance, which meant no sand in the car.🙂 condo was equipped with all the essentials anything that you might need coffee, creamer, soap, shampoo, dish, soap, laundry, soap, and more. We usually travel the opposite way to the golf, but I have now found my new favorite location. We definitely won’t be back. Communication was great and property was easy to get into.

  The bed in the room we had and I wish we could remember what room it was absolutely amazing. Kim told me it was a cloud topper but there are a few brands with "cloud" In the name-- I NEED that topper for my own bed. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. Wish I had more time.

  Where to start. The hotel looks very charming from the outside, but once we got into our rooms that is a different story. The room was very run down. Holes in the curtains, paint chipping. The restroom was horrible, when we turned on the shower you could feel the walls shaking not to mention the restroom was infested with ants. Our top neighbors you could hear everything, I mean everything. The bed yes was soft, but you could not move without it feeling like the frame was about to break. safe to say we did not get a good night sleep.

  Lock box situation worked well. And the location was fantastic - minutes to downtown, minutes to the marina and Atwater Beach. Walkable to the Oriental Theatre - an old favorite. Walkable to Brady Street with lots of restaurant options. I did not cook in the unit, but the kitchen was good. Shower takes a long time to heat up but when it does it is great. I was there alone and the studio was great for me. My wife probably would have preferred a more upscale place but if you are a young person looking for a fantastic location, this would work really well.

  The building itself has some common area issues. The small lobby and stairwell leading to the unit are not confidence-inspiring. And the third floor unit has an air conditioner that drips on your head as you enter the building. I didn't really mind any of that, but these issues need to be addressed by the landlords.
