  Close to my daughter’s house! Loved having the kitchen set up with the extra sink and drawers in the room and all the kids loved the swimming pool. I loved it ice machine, and the washer and dryer we’re so close all in all it was a wonderful stay

  The curtains were a pull down shade so you either had it closed or open for all to view. It would have been nice to have the shade along with a sheer panel so people couldn’t see in from across the way.

  Everything else! Management & reception staff are some of the worst, like really horrible. The whole hotel is totally rundown and definitely not hygienic. Everything is too old, 70s furniture with 90s and early 2000s mediocre devices. Rooms are really really bad

  When I got there they upped the deposit from $50 to $100 because I had a service dog. The room was horrible there was no fridge it smelled like mold and dirty butt there was hair all over the floor crap all over the carpet there was the horrible smell of mold it was so gross it was so gross.

  This specific Springhill Suites room did not come close to previous Springhill Suites!!! It was a total disappointment! It looked like what one would expect staying at a Motel 6, and while I do not know, I would not be surprised if Motel 6 had more class! The grab bar in the shower was in a stupid location and puts your guests at risk if they needed it! The shower head is way too high unless you're 6'9" tall! There were no hooks to hang anything, and the vanity mirror was way to high for someone who is 5'3", bukt perfect for someone 6'9"! A bath mat was not provided unless you call the threadbare mat that was about 2'x2" a bath mat. Nothing about the overnight stay gave us any reason to say, "Oh, we cannot wait to come back!" It definitely makes me wonder if we want to consider staying at another Springhill Suites ANYWHERE!!!! We were thrilled to leave and very happy we only booked our room for one night!
