      Everything, smelled like weed, bed was awful. Felt the springs, had to go buy a pillow. Room wasn't clean. Bathroom was moldy. Was only 20 channels on TV and it was mainly news.

      Elevator was so slow getting to 9th floor that we always ended up needing to take the stairs. Upon arrival to room after check in there was a staff member in our room. housekeeping knocked on door offering their housekeeping services at 8am on our check out day which clearly were not needed since we were checking out
