If you plan to go to Tabin Wildlife Reserve, you should slow your trip down and stay at this home before AND after visiting Tabin. This facility is a charming oasis with comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds and a nice pool. And the food!!! The meals at this stay were perhaps the best I've had in all my travels. Food was beautifully presented and explained, delicious and plentiful. This place really is a must visit!”

      Very helpful crew. I thought i had done this review 2 months ago so I might have forgotten the names but Jesus and Romeo and the West Midlands guy with no name were all helpful. Always a hello from the front desk on the way in or out. Non stop Rocky music in the stairwell and the floors are designated by Rocky movie posters as opposed to the conventional numeral approach

      They seem to have stopped Philadelphia Movie night from when i was here years ago but they do organise an activity every night

      Well, The beds are comfortable and the TV is nice with the roku, there are some decent things about the room for sure.

      The room was not clean at all, there is hair everywhere all over the floor and many areas where you can see it had not been touched possibly since opening the building for business, area like behind furniture and the worst is the floors just a lot of debris and needs mopped and bathrooms need deep cleaned along with the floor. Hopefully something is done soon. We do like the rooms.

      The breakfast is horrible, they use to serve fresh pastries, now they deliver a rubbery flip flop to your room and pass it off as a croissant One of the elevators never works and they take no steps to resolve the problem, allow 10 to 15 mins to get up & down to your room They don't clean your room everyday I checked in at 4.30pm, (check in is at 3pm) my room wasn't ready and the reception man had an attitude

      The area was nice.

      The outside was a mess. Tall grass and deck to house was unsafe. Inside the bathroom was very very small. The shower was very very tiny and had very very low water pressure. We ran out of water and had to wait over 1 hour for someone to come out to fix. Beds were very uncomfortable. Everything was old and dated. We left early because of the bad experience..
