She called a couple duo who’s amazing at their job, best thai massage ever, i felt so relaxed and slept so well. It was also cheaper than the ones at the massage places. Like almost half off. I stayed in 2 other places this bangkok trip and this was one i appreciated the most since it felt homey. The owner gives plenty of water to her guests and always asks what else i need. Thanks Ma’am for this amazing accommodation.”

  I had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent and close to everything. I would like to sincerely thank Cathy, the manager, and the kind, slim young lady with glasses for their great assistance in helping me locate a bag that contained gifts of American and Swiss chocolate. To be fair, Cathy encouraged me to check the contents of the bag once it was found, but it was my mistake that I didn’t do so at the time. Later, I noticed that two boxes of chocolate were missing. It seems they might have been taken during the room cleaning process, possibly by one of the housekeeping staff—perhaps the person with darker skin. I hold no grudge and sincerely forgive the action. Had they simply asked, I would have gladly given them some. That said, I do hope the hotel takes greater care in the future to protect guests’ belongings, to ensure the exceptional experience remains complete in every aspect. Thank you again for everything.

  The location was perfect. We were able to walk to get coffee and dinner.

  The WiFi was poor so it was hard to watch tv when settling down at night. It would take minutes to load. We eventually gave up watching tv and used our phones.

  Train! We asked to not be on the express/train side and that’s exactly where they put us. When I asked for a room on the opposite side away from the train they could not accommodate. Then they gave my friend without a reservation a room opposite of the train! Go figure.

  The breakfast was good. The mattresses on beds were comfortable. The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was plenty of free parking. The staff, especially at breakfast, were very nice.

  Outdoor sitting with plenty of chairs and fire pits. Was able to meet the folks staying there. Sitting by the inlet was so calming and relaxing. The sunset is beautiful
