  Terrible stay, couldn’t have been worst. Front desk wouldn’t look at our face when we arrived to check in and check out. Hallway’s floor was dirty to the point there was ketchup spilled on the way to the elevator and no one would clean. In our room, the flush would turn on by itself as there was a leak in the water compartment. Carpets with strong smell (mold maybe?). Towels stained. AC noisy.

  Room smelled humid had to change it . The second room less humid, dirty. The couch was dirty, there was little cocokroaches inside the fridge. The tub had been painted over , paint was already coming off. The pool dirty and overfloeing with water. The elevator someone dropped liquid on the floor amd eventhough they noticed the floor was still dirty by the time we left the next day.

  No real coffee in the room!!! Lighting was terrible in the room. The restaurant staff was terrible and took forever. Room was never cleaned in our 3 day stay when we were asked what day we wanted it cleaned.
