      We enjoyed the amenities that were on site. The lazy river and water park were by far our favorite part. I like that laundry services were available (I did not see that when we booked.) Truly for a short stay, you never had to leave the resort as it has a store, ice cream, pizzeria, beach front restaurant and arcade all located in the main lobby.

      Parking was terrible, we actually ended up with a "warning" from being parked over night in a parking lot that said it was owned by the resort. There was mold growing on the fabric on the chairs in our room. Don't touch the door facing as it was sticky and moldy.

      The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly throughout the hotel. The breakfast was also good, and more than expected.

      The outside of the property needs to be up dated. Have the coffee pot plugged in. I had to move the desk to get to the plug so I could try to make coffee in the bathroom.
