  Staff was super friendly. We got two different types of rooms so I was not expecting the rooms to be too close together. I also asked for a room away from laundry room. In the end, we got two rooms on the second floor, and they were diagonally across from each other, which was perfect! The breakfast included was decent. The buffet have coffee, tea, juices, muffins, yogurt, bread (toaster provided), a waffle maker, cereals, scrambled eggs (from substitute), sausage patties. It was sufficient for what we needed. The linens were clean and comfortable. The A/C was great. Parking was ample.

  For the price, I didn't expect top-notch. There are just a few minor things that could have improved our stay. One is that the bathtub's stopper didn't work, and the shower head leaked water when you try to run just the faucet in the tub. That was disappointing because my child likes to take a bath when she travels (not much else to do after check-in). The A/C's wind direction was not adjustable, so it would be difficult if you like to not have wind blowing right on your face when you sleep. The TV directory was three crummy and gross pieces of paper. Wish they could just laminate the paper.

  When I arrived, I requested a room on the ground. Floor and the manager was able to make some moves and get me a ground floor room which was very much appreciated for my stay while I was there and talking with the staff. They were extremely friendly and I really enjoyed their conversation and information about their town.

  Everything except both broken hot tubs which we paid extra for and the breakfast with few items and broken pancake maker

  Broken hot tub in our room (which we paid extra for but we're not compensated for) and broken hot tub in pool room. Nobody in the breakfast area thought highly of the choices which ran out. Toaster was slowest ever and pancake maker was broken.

  Was stunned that the $210 rate per night that I paid when I booked in February, was down to $169 in mid-August when we arrived. I had thought that availability in Cooperstown would be a problem in summer, but apparently not.

  We had people upstairs from us who were loud all day and night. I got tired of it around 7 one morning and called the front office, and they said it wasn't anything they could do. Not even call and ask them to be considered of the people below them.
