      The location was amazing, the hotel is aptly named. The property looked like the pictures on the website. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is daily, we were there 8 nights so I told them it was needed. In the mornings I’d bring our towels and trash out and they would give me so many towels and every and anything I wanted or needed. Five stars for housekeeping. Our room was on the 46th floor and we had a nice view. It was very hot and humid, 98 degrees, and the room stayed very cold. The king sized bed was super comfortable.

      I do not have any complaints at all about our stay. The only downsides I can think of is that there was not any room service. That was not much of an issue, with many restaurants literally steps outside the door. There was only one bedside table that had usb plugs in it, kind of a pain, but again not the end of the world. The shower head did remind me of an old school locker room. For one it’s a tub, then the cheap shower head wouldn’t adjust, so it sort of dumped water on you.

      Great spacious condo. Clean and organized. Easy parking. Clean kitchen and easy to cook meals. Comfortable beds and quiet location. We had a very nice stay and would definitely book this place again.

      Could use a few more (and better) pots and pans. Too many confusing remote controls for the TV (that we didn't use very much because we were in the beautiful mountains).

      The power went out from 11am to 11pm on the last night of the trip. There was no hot water or WiFi. No emergency lighting. I know things happen but the lodge didn’t offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. No discount or voucher. Nothing was offered.
