Room was clean and comfortable. It would be better if they provide an electric pot to make a hot water and a couple of packages of coffee or tea bags. Breakfast was OK but it could improve a little with more varieties.

They should answer to my question that I sent before the stay. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was not available, but only from the hotel. $100 deposit was charged without advance notice and did not refund at the time of check-out. I don't know when it will refund to me.

Breakfast was good. Location was easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Check-in & check-out were very easy. Room was reasonably clean.

Bathtub didn't look clean. Gap in wall around A/C plug. Piece of baseboard fell off near bathroom. We put Do Not Disturb for first day there...took it down for the second day to have room cleaned...housekeeping did not even go into the room...beds unmade and dirty towels still on bathroom floor.

Getting out of there as soon as possible after we found 2 cockroaches in our room. 1 in the bathtub and 1 on the counter.

I didn't like that I was out all the way over by the road away from the ocean and the pools. Also, once in a while, they should do a deep clean in their rooms. The shower walls were yellow. Obviously never been bleached. And the sofa has never been steam cleaned. Also, the mattress on the sleeper sofa was disgusting. When they get that disgusting, throw them out and replace them or something.

The bed linens could use some up dating but had a great sleep. Our room was semi-close to the stairs and the door made a bunch of noise. Not enough to wake me once I was asleep but enough to notice.

I was led to believe parking was $30 per day, but learned upon arrival that it is $49 per day plus tax. One elevator was not working, leaving only one other elevator to serve 12 floors. Would wait a long time for that elevator, only to find it was too full for more passengers. It was very difficult each day to get clean towels for the room. The towels did not smell fresh. Killed roaches in the bathroom a few times at night. There was not a vent in the bathroom, so steam from showers made the room musty. Always had to flush toilet 3 times to make toilet tissue completely flush. All pillows were thick and lumpy, so I just used my travel blanket as a pillow. Other passengers in elevator said they would not book the hotel again and I agreed.
