  I visited twice this year so far! Staff has always been so kind and nice when checking in and out. Facility is very cleaned, the kid section usually always has a life guard walking around, which I like!

  Have a nice rate, good room size, and noted hotel was luxury in the past, it's very close to the Marta train station, and close to the downtown, can walk to all interested places at the downtown.

  The rooms were large and well lit, and very clean. The elevators were ample and quick.

  There was a fire alarm at approximately 11:00 pm. My husband, 81, our daughter and her son, and myself (79) Had to walk down 21 flights of steps. This was very arduous and frightening. There was no one directing anyone. When we exited the building, the fireman were already leaving with their hoses and equipment unused. We stood outside waiting for an announcement to update us on the situation but none came. No one told us that it was a false alarm and that it was safe to reenter the building. We waited about another half hour when the line for the elevators lessened, and rode to the21st floor, still wondering if there would be an announcement but none was ever made. We would like a response from management.
