- “We had a great time here. Perfect location, close to the ‘center’ (2-3 min) but far enough to stay out of the chaos. The villa has a beautiful design, it’s clean, well maintained, just like in the photos, and the garden is huge and lush, offering complete privacy. There were some constructions nearby but we couldn’t really hear or see it once inside of the gate. You can’t go anywhere in Bali without being within 100m of a construction anyway. Oh and we could even see the ocean from the sunset terrace. The host was super helpful, everything went smoothly. Looking forward to coming back next year!”

  In the heart of downtown Lake Placid, clean and comfortable, swanky. Pretty views of the lake from the common sitting areas in the lobby and lounge. When I booked, it said breakfast was not included and was happily surprised they offered a complimentary breakfast.

  I was disappointed with the room's view. When I reserved the room online, I booked this room in particular for the view outside the window of the lake and mountains. I had also requested a higher floor, but was put on the first floor. After checking in, the view outside the first floor window was obstructed by tall trees at the back of the neighboring hotel. There was one tree that was cut back to show a sliver of the lake and a mountain. To the left, the view was of the hotel dumpster and below, cars. Not what I imagined and I was excited about staying here. So, I was disappointed. It is also catered more towards adults, not families with young children. There is a specific lounge that has a sign posted, "Adults only Library".

  I liked how beautiful it was and how close it was to the beach. I liked how I had dishes available to use. I also liked how a balcony. Very spacious.

  I didn’t like booking.com because we initially wanted to cancel this trip and book a cheaper place because this was just extremely expensive. I will say I did love staying here, but I feel like it was very, very pricey.

  Needs to be cooler. A/c struggles too hard because the outside hallway is extremely hot. If you open it all the cool air goes out the room. The door needs to be sealed all the cool air was leaving the room through a 5/8 Crack all the way down the outside of the door. You could hear everything in every room from in the hallway.

  We checked in because we had to be at the hospital for procedure at 5:30 in the morning so we did not get to enjoy any of the amenities

  The pool was very small and crowded and there were plenty of screaming children and the parental units did not do anything to correct those children so we ended up having to leave the pool.
