  The General Manager not very friendly. The room that we were placed in had a dishwasher running when we checked into our room. Didn’t think much of it until we returned to the room 9 hours later to find the dishwasher still running and unable to turn it off. In addition the bathroom sink was leaking everywhere and we had to use most of the towels in the bathroom to cleanup the floor. The next morning I told the general manager he should get someone into the room before placing someone else in there and explained what happened. He said well you checked in early that’s why the dishwasher is running. We didn’t check in early! It was 4:11 when we arrived. Reservation stated 4:00 pm check in. In addition my credit card was charged twice for incidentals which I still have not been refunded yet. Once at check in and again 2 days after I stayed at the hotel. After calling the general manager and the corporate office still not rectified. Time away when you’re spending several hundred dollars should not be stressful!!!
