New, modern hotel in a quiet area but just a 20 minute walk to ccessible to museum/tourist area. Rooms are very comfortable. Lighting in the rooms was very versatile and perfect to adjust in different areas of the room. The two on site restaurants were delicious, with either Spanish influenced or Asian influenced dishes. Staff was so helpful and nice. And the hotel is a 15 minute walk from Union Station, making a car unnecessary. Loved our stay, which was my second one in two months. The first was with friends, who also loved the hotel.

The location is great, very close to central park and the 59th St Columbus Circle subway. The wifi is free and works well. The room was clean. I have not used any of the amenities offered (pool, gym), so I can't speak for that, but for people like me who just need a comfortable bed to sleep on and a clean restroom, the price per night I paid is not justified.

The shared bathrooms/locker rooms were always dirty, at any time I used either the restrooms or the shower and sink areas, meaning that they were't cleaned well enough or often enough. Moreover, the women's shared restroom had a doorcode, but the door didn't shut if not pushed all the way through, so even if when I got in I would shut it, if someone after me entered the restroom and didn't have the same care, the door then would be basically open for anyone to enter the restroom (very unsafe! This was on the 9th floor). Also, 2 out of 3 stall doors didn't lock (one did't have the lock, another one had it but it didn't work). I used the baggage storage service (4$/day until 7pm) on the day of checkout, and I really didn't like that when I went to pick up my luggage, the person working at that facility didn't even check that my receipt corresponded to the number on the luggage. Why paying for a service if the person who should accurately check for everyone picking up baggages, doesn't care of whatever bag anyone picks? Very unprofessional.

A beautiful experience… the artwork reflects a deep dedication to his mother‘s legacy. This therapeutic personal touch added a heartfelt and meaningful atmosphere to the space beyond, the entire place excludes a lovely aura, warm, inviting and thoughtfully decorated.

Near spooky nook convention center. Near stores. The bathroom was nice. Indoor pool and gym. Free breakfast was great.

The pull out sofa bed was old and had stains on it, and it was very uncomfortable for teenagers to sleep on.

Very classy, elegant, immaculate, and well maintained. Will stay here any time we are in town.

Nothing at all. I would recommend that the main entrance to the hotel from the outside and the casino should be secured. Anyone, can follow you into the hotel without a key. Everyone should have to scan their room key to enter the hotel lobby/ reception area.

The amenities are excellent. There is a continental breakfast, along with snacks, coffee, water, and tea 24/7. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in, including all the top chains. Ample towels. There is a refrigerator in the room and microwave available in the community room. Pool and fitness room. Great location for visiting Cooperstown.

The beds are noisy since the mattresses are on box springs and not a platform. The pillows are thin and not plush. There is a Goods & Use tax along with a sales tax so be prepared to pay 29% on top of the room rate.

We expected more other than the granola bars but coffee and juice is good.

You need to improve the sound proof especially coming from the upper rooms.
