  Location, Location, Location! The Shark Tank is conveniently located near the vast food scene at Cocoa Beach and a block away from the beach. We were happy to see how clean and well-appointed the rental was for the cost. With clean beach decor, well-thought-out details, and location, the Shark Tank is a must for your lodging needs in Cocoa Beach.Francis communicated all details well and wasa great host. We would definitely recomment and will return again.

  The accommodations were well thought out and appointed for the location. If I had to look at it with a critical eye, I would only suggest a vanity in the bathroom that allowed for a small amount of counter space and storage underneath. Tissues would be a simple but welcome addition. These two small minute changes would be a nice touch but we really loved our stay.

  Location is excellent for close access to Sequoia. Room was good size (two adults and two adult kids - 21 and 23), beds clean and comfortable.

  The hotel is pretty run down and can use a significant renovation. Included breakfast was average, in terms of food quality and selection. Coffee in lobby was poor -- we wound up getting coffee from a cafe 100 yards down the road. The breakfast area tended to be overcrowded.

  The staff was great. Immediately greeted and quick check in. Bartender was amazing with recommendation for an outstanding meal.

  My room was electrically and electronically challenged. Espresso machine didn't work up to specs......I have a similar one at home. I was able to log on successfully to the WiFi for both my phone and computer. Both devices had bandwidth problems (I'm guessing) and I was unable to complete any work. TV had the same issues. It would turn on then immediately go to sleep mode once I selected a channel. Same issues in the morning before I departed.

  I like the location, pool area not crowded, hotel clean, staff is nice, room was clean, comfortable beds, and pool bar.

  I didn’t like that the pool bar close on Sundays. I stayed here 3 times. Last time the pool was not clean white films from the sunscreen people use was seen in the pool, this visit the pool area was clean from all the leave but again you can clearly see white films in the pool water and trash in the pool seems like the pool needs a filter. The main attraction is the pool and pool bar for the summer months but both times been a little disappointment from the bar close on Sundays and dirty pool.
