The apartment is spacious and airy, and the large backyard with deck is great. It's very well-equipped with washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, etc. There are several cafes and restaurants a short walk away, and other a slightly longer walk away. We had only a couple of questions for the hosts and their replies were quick and helpful.”

  Suite # 38 very nice ( as pictured) , after 4 nights I wanted to extend, but that particular room was reserved so I was moved to #12. It was fine and I was just happy to not have to switch hotels. But this room, although fine, was a little smaller and there was no electricity in 6 outlets, I called maintenance and they came quickly. And 1 thermostat was not working so they replaced batteries in a timely manner. Got an extra blanket in 15 minutes. They were great on their responses, though sometimes the phones weren’t answered after 3 trys, but overall I would stay there again (#38 !!) if they will have me after this review.

  Room was nicely decorated and very comfortable.The staff was wonderful and very helpful at all times.The food was delicious and reasonably priced.Didn't have to pay to reenter Clifty Falls State Park.Close to Madison,Indiana.I loved everything about this hotel,wish I could have stayed a week,maybe next year.

  The location is wonderful; lots to see and do/eat! They have a free shuttle for local drop-offs, a must in the heat.

  When we came back to our room, the dead bolt had prevented the door from closing! I tried to make it go in, but was unsuccessful. The desk clerk came up and jiggled it around and it finally went back. I opened the door and let it go (mimicking leaving) and it was jammed again. I insisted on moving rooms because I thought “What if it locks us IN in an emergency?” The clerk gave me a little attitude about it (she had been lovely before). Check your doors, people.
