  The staff was great, the really care abput their customers. I needed to study for an expensive and hard exam for work. They put me in the penthouse sp I would have a quiet place to study. All the staff were pleasant and great! The location is away from from the busy and boisturous part of townn.

  Throughout, the staff made errors. Our checkin was difficult -- the receptionist said we had only reserved one room when in fact, we had reserved two. She told me I should contact booking.com to see what could be done. When I confirmed our 2-rooms reservation, she then found it and said the "system" had gotten it wrong. Room service made an error and brought us plate and silverware for one instead of two. And door staff told us the bar was open until 2am when it took last orders at 11:30 and closed at midnight. Too many errors for a 5-star hotel!
