  The venue was very clean, staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast in the morning that they offer is Top Notch. Tina manages it well and it was very good. It was a 25 min to walk to Broadway. We will definitely stay there again.

  Comfortable bed in a large room with a mini fridge and flat screen TV. Pleasant and professional front desk staff.

  Hallway carpets were very stained. Gooey floor, crumbs and old fruit under a chair and table in the room. Extremely soiled bathmat towel. Pizza sauce? Blood? Notified front desk staff. Showed them photos and took them to the room and handed them the towel. They were very concerned and apologized. They gave me a new clean bathmat and offered to give me a different room. I arrived late at night and was too tired to switch rooms. They did not charge me for my stay. I showed the issues to the morning housekeeper. That person was apologetic. It made me uncomfortable to think about how breakfast might be prepared so I left. Please, housekeeping staff, do better! Supervisory staff, look everywhere! I hope they will rapidly improve and someone else won't have the same issues

  The room was clean. Everything worked properly, A/C, TV, lights, everything. Quick check in, Prime Rib at the restaurant was delicious. Price was just what I look for in an overnight stay. No hassles. If I go to Lander again, I will stay there.
