  It was very close to a scenic view of Glen Canyon Dam and the Colorado River. It was quiet and the room was very comfortable.

  The fitted sheets kept coming off the mattress. The housekeeper seemed irritated that we were requesting a solution. She gave us fresh bedding, but did not do so with a smile. There was rarely anyone at the front desk… that seemed odd. The breakfast was rather repetitive, but it was filling and complimentary, so take that for what it’s worth.

  The women at the front desk that night was very kind and understanding.

  The room I booked was smoke free but smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke when we walked in. It was triggering my allergies so I asked for another room. This room was also very stinky of cigarettes and there were dead bugs in the bed and the bathroom and kitchen area were dirty. We ended up sleeping in our cars. Really horrible experience

  The food at the dining room was not good and the woman that took our order never did bring my drink or ticket. When we went to pay she asked if we needed a table or if she waited on our table!! She didn't even remember us! Food was too expensive and was not edible. Also mattress was going downhill ( wore out)

  The whole hotel was very dirty. On the day of check-in, there was construction going on. I went to the pool with my family and it was dirty, there were people smoking. The worst part was the bathroom. The bathtub was old, dirty and peeling. It had been three days and they hadn't cleaned the room, even though I asked them to clean it, because my 7-month-old daughter had a dirty diaper in it.
