  Beautiful and interesting art on several walls. The sheets were very nice, excellent quality. Spacious rooms and convenient layout.

  Hauling luggage up the stairs was tough, but I guess a pulley platform system is a bit too much to ask for. The wobbly table in the bedroom needs to be replaced. It is an accident waiting to happen. The very large spoons in the cutlery drawer are funny. Buy some teaspoons.

  The location was excellent for our needs. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable.

  The advertising implies that a lodge room will have a private patio or balcony with great views. In fact the "balcony" is just the access walkway in front of all the second floor rooms which all the guests use to go to and from their rooms. The view from the "balcony" is the parking lot below, and a four-lane highway lined with commercial businesses.

  You guys have been absolutely no help with my issue. You are telling me to go and talk to him to expedite this process, we have went to go talk to him about it and he began to yell at us telling us to go our rooms. We have a recording of it. Our restroom does not flush at all. I am on my period and I will not use it like that. I booked a king size bed room and received a room with 2 queen size bed. My husband is 6 foot 6 inches. I specifically paid for that room bc he doesn’t fit in a queen bed. He said we can cancel but we were not going to get our money back. He refused to talk to your representatives the 4 TIMES we called you after getting hung up on. I have a recording of him yelling at us to go back to our rooms and ignoring us. This is unacceptable. This is ridiculous. This is horrible service. You said we had to wait 4 hours for them to respond to your email. When we asked him, he said he was not going to respond to anything. It is 1:13am, I have been calling since 11pm. You have been no help and have not guided me through this situation. Please let me know where I can send my video of Ahmed yelling at us and the room we got.

  A couple of the restaurants were not very friendly. After waiting more than 10 mins to get waited on, we just walked out. And no, they were not that busy. We were only the 3rd table in 1 place.
