  I ask the front desk clerk for some face towels because my kids used them and she attempted to tell me that I had to bring the old towels down, telling me that was the policy which I know isn’t true because I read the policy before booking , then also asking me didn’t I just check in and i told her NO I been here since yesterday , then she gave me the towels My point in saying this is , she basically indicated like I wanted to take the hotel towels or something Overall the room was nice and location was good The staff at the front desk my whole time there I could have did without them.
