Room was great. Super big and spacious. Beds really comfortable; and bathroom could fit an elephant. Toilet with a separate door from the rest of the bathroom is a great feature. Location was great for what we needed as we were to go to Caesar's for an escape game.

Sent messages prior arrival asking to arrange something special on our room as had the birthday out our daughter. Nobody ever cared to reply. At the moment of check in in asked to arrange something in the room for her birthday and staff at front desk not able to help with that simple request. Didnt even showed any will to assist. Her reply was just ahhh can't do anything about it. Maybe check with the concierge? Would expect for this kind of hotel to be abvle to accommodate such requests...Lacking electrical sockets for charging phones, etc.

Just checkin process. The beds were good and there was enough space to get around. The parking lot was spacious.

The shower seemed way too old as well as the bathroom. The room had this bad smell like old cigar smoke that couldn't be cleaned or something. The photos in the booking ad seemed way better than the actual place which looks quite run down. The doors and front of the place look like the 70's or 80's. I went to another hotel Days inn in hayward the day before and the difference was yeah, night and day! It seemed on the map the hotel was near the center where all the attractions are but it's way too far and seems like 30-40 away depending on which route you take, so yeah, didn't save any gas at all. I could've used the gas money I used to travel back and forth to get a better hotel and not waste so much time.

Lacking electrical sockets for charging phones, etc. Seems old and outdated. Could hear noises/sounds from the room next door. And they were not doing anything actually noisy. We could just here them snore, their tv, etc

The mattress seemed good until the next morning. I first thought it was just the soreness that followed a day of traveling but day two was the same. You might love the firmness just wasn’t our cup of tea.
