      Ice machines were broken, parking is high priced, elevators were slow and one was out of service. Showers very narrow and old. Room smelled old musty! No microwaves in room, fridge did not have a door in freezer so it did not work. Coffee pot was a Keurig and did not work correctly. work correctly.

      Staff in the front desk checked us in she had given 1st floor, it was dirty and bugs were their, we asked her to give another room, she immediately said yes and then asked reason was there an issue.

      We, liked the breakfast, the cookies, the pool, coffee, juice, and water. The staff was helpful and friendly. We also liked the kitchenette with the full size fridge.

      The room definitely needs remodeling. The sofa was very old and uncomfortable to sleep. And there was a smell, like urine smell in the room. The bathroom also smelled.

      Front lobby. Went to check out no one there sign said 10 min waited over 15. I was on a time limit even planned ahead. Didn't get to even grab breakfast because the door was locked.

      We had to check out on Thursday morning instead of Friday. My oldest son had a meeting to sign with Navy recruiter. Hotel stated they couldn't refund the day due to booking with a third party.
