The hotel was located at the top of Canal, about a 15 walk to Burbon Street. Lots of eateries. Hotel breakfast was good, simple, and always fresh. The balcony and bar upstairs were amazing to see the night life was amazing, The bell hop was so helpful, "Mr. K" Kendricks was so sweet, knowledgeable, and always there to help with a smile. Our check-in with Ms. Cresstar was amazing. She was able to get my entire party of 2 rooms on the same floor.

Non working AC unit continued to run non-stop, the price of the hotel was not correct, there was a hidden security fee of 150.00 was added into our total cost. Our room was not ready at 4:30, and staff seemed a little loss. The bathroom door was off the hinges. No ice .aker on 2nd floor, extra, extra firm beds.

Nothing

Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. No pool, no coffee in room or breakfast bar, no wash clothes or hand towels, no liners for trash cans. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Quality Inn has a good reputation but this wast not even close to acceptable.

Loved the bed & the shower was my favorite. Very accessible to everything around, parking garage across the street if you drive ($$). The staff were very nice.

The hallways were very weird & dark. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the next rooms. The wallpaper was falling off the walls.

I like the efficient, modern design of the room.

The limited dinner menu choices -- same menu every day. Maybe different menu choices on different days. Also, free WiFi is great as long as it is secure. I would rather get charged a reasonable daily fee (e.g., $8.99/day) for secure WiFi.

Mold in the room(the wall and ceiling in a corner and the ring around the bath tub, falsely advertised hot tub as there is NONE, very dirty pool with dirt wads of hair and false nails, I left the do not disturb sign on my door and when I arrived from an outing for the day housekeeper had gone in and taken out towels and restocked. Any concern brought to the staff members and they just said they would notify someone. Breakfast was ok, hot foods(eggs, potatoes, and sausage) were not really edible.
