I really liked the size of the room - it was huge and the beds were comfortable. I liked that their were pillow cases with a firm or soft option of pillow inside. As far as the room part of the stay it was great.

I booked a hotel that had a pool and hot tub to enjoy with my kids and we just couldn't imagine getting in the pool. The water was very musty green and not clear and looked in desperate need of a cleaning. The buffet looked good but was only scraps left when we got downstairs - there were a lot of people all eating at once and it seemed like the staff just couldnt keep up - I could tell they were working in the kitchen to try and make more but we left without eating.

Check-in and out was pretty easy. The bartenders was nice, and you get a welcome drink. The bed was decently comfortable.

As of May 2025, self-parking is no longer available. It costs $55 to valet park, and the process for valet parking is unclear. There is a taco place on by the bar, but you can only order at the kiosk, so if you have trouble with the card reader, you have to place your order at the bar instead. The facility is okay, but it's not as nice as the other Moxy hotels I have stayed in. It feels cheaper.

The room was hot upon arrival. Had to send the owners a text, as there was no thermostat for us to adjust. We could hear them, just on the other side of the door, to the point they sounded like they were inches from our heads after we moved things to make the sofa a bed for ourselves. Sleeping on the odd surface of the sofa was uncomfortable. No clue as to why all of the decorations are there in the way of making the bed.... it is not a spa day, but a place to sleep! Creepy vibe as if they were watching us, probably because we could hear them so close to our heads. The bathroom was not clean.

I was slightly scared. I had to check for bedbugs and roaches. The hallways were dirty over. Trash cans are overflowing with trash. Had to block the door with my suitcase to be feel a little safe. There was no pool. No soap or conditioner shampoo . it was just false advertising that what actually looks like.
