  The location is just perfect in the historic district where you will struggle to find a parking, and since parking is covered here it was a great extra 😀 the whole place is so authentic taking you back in time and it was similar to our grannies houses back home. Breakfast was served to order and the dummy butler was adding to the beauty of the place 👌

  This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Hutchinson Island Hotel and we were not disappointed. Their location is great. We love the little beach, pool, hot tub and their dock to catch sunrise! Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean and the surrounding area is great as well. Overall, worth the price!

  Staff absolutely went above and beyond…My room was ready early and I got in 5 HOURS early with NO extra charge.( never had this happen to me before)The location was perfect, close to the beach.Pool was large (9ft.) Room was very clean/comfortable and updated.

  Mayo is our choice when we go to Tulsa to visit friends and family every year. It is an iconic hotel with beautiful architecture. We always take a studio suite for the comfort.

  Studio suite is a big room and, usually, daily housekeeping falls short. Bathroom amenities are scarce and can be enriched - q-tips and shower caps are necessities not indulgence. Furniture is dated and we noticed stains on furniture (underneath sofa cushions). We let the front desk desk know at check out. We noticed that the prices have gone up and are not as favorable compared to chain hotels in the area.
