Nice cozy rooms. The price was very low, so I wasn’t expecting the property to be as nice as it was. Slept very comfortably. They allowed us a 30 minute late check out which was nice since we arrived late.

We arrived after hours and had to call multiple times before someone showed up to check us in. Staff was a little cold, but I woke her up and she was efficient so really no complaints. The room was nonsmoking but there was a very mild smell of smokiness in the room.

The room was affordable, and I was able to self serve throughout the experience. Check in, check out, room key creation... all of that was very simple and very accommodating.

The entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. It was legitimately difficult to be anywhere in the hotel, casino, shops, or dining areas because of how much it smelled like smoke. The rooms themselves were oddly laid out, had no mini fridge or microwave (which means no way to grocery shop and prepare food in your rooms), and our room keys failed several times on us. The water pressure in the shower was akin a soft pour of the last drops of water out of a glass.

Our room was spacious, clean and provided with nice furnishings - 3 comfortable chairs. It was also very quiet. The entrance lobby is attractive.

Mattress and bed linens were rather tired and worn. The elevator was slow and seemed to be in need of maintenance. The toilet design was unpleasant - water in bowl is very high such that a user might find anatomical parts taking a dip.

The property was unkempt, unclean, and not properly maintained or functioning. The lights didn’t work, the outlets didn’t work, the temperature control was non functional. There was standing water in the floor, the flooring tiles were cracked and unsightly. The exterior door did not lock, the door to one of our rooms did not lock leaving ourselves and our items vulnerable. I have pictures and videos saved but am unable to attach them to this platform.

The phone did not work, there was a place for a night latch but it was broken, the top sheet was paper thin. There were old dinning chairs sitting out front for smokers. All in all I would not stay there again!
