      The only bright spot was the cleaning lady that was working her butt off to try to accommodate everyone they were sending to her floor she hadn’t finished yet. Pretty sure she quit and I do not blame her.

      Came to check in a little early, they said there wouldn’t be rooms until the regular check in at 3:00. No big deal. Came back at 3:00, was given room keys and sent up to our room. Upon arriving to our floor we quickly realized our room and the majority of the rooms hadn’t been cleaned yet. Upon notifying the front desk, we were told we could come back down and get another room, but it wouldn’t be ready either.. (so why offer it?) We waited in the hallway almost two hours while the one little lady worked her butt off to make her way down the hall and clean as fast as possible, she was visibly upset. The check in delay caused us to be late to the event we were in town for. In the elevators we overheard other guests mention things like their keys wouldn’t work, broken tvs, no hot water, etc… something is seriously wrong here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

      Room Had A Slight Smell Hot Tub Jets Did Not Work Breakfast Were Light Refreshments ( Bagel- No Cream Cheese, Belgian Waffle- Kid Size The bed was pretty small but I still got some good sleep The Shower Was Also Pretty Small for a person with weight on them
