      The location was great in reference to the Port of Miami & central to the downtown Miami area. Lots of family friendly activities within a short distance & free transportation (Freebee) to these events right outside the Comfort Inn door. The Frost Science Museum & Aquarium with lots of hands on activities for the kids. Bayside ( a consortium of shops, food, trinkets, restaurants, souvenirs) is an excellent place food a reasonable meal.

      The only thing I liked about this property was the location . Every thing else was very mediocre.

      The staff was rude , that’s the biggest issue . From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out , it seemed as though no one knew what their job was . Especially during check out , we had to wait 25-30 mins to even check out due to no one being at the front desk and every time we would ask a staff member who is passing by where the front desk receptionist was at, they seemed to not know what was going on . 25 mins later when she did arrive we find out she was in the bathroom. I understand life happens but that is unacceptable. And another issue that reflected negatively on our stay was how extremely HOT it was on the third floor and in our hotel room . It was so hot , we all woke up and checked way before check out time to go sit in the vehicle and get some air conditioning.
