  The AC was nice and kept us cool. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly shout out to Jessica and the other lady that helped us.

  We had scalding hot water which made it painful to brush our teeth and shower. The rug was not vaccuumed well, and our toilet didnt flush. We had to fill it up with water to flush it. It also smelled like chemicals and cigarettes in the hallway.

  It was clean, comfortable and a good value. Even had a clean pool, and a good breakfast.

  The lock on the sliding glass door in our room was broken, and the "security bar" was broken, luckily, my husband was able to repair the bar lock. Also, the door security lock only has one piece and it was worthless. Basically, the only security we had for the room was a standard door lock.

  The property was a total dump! One maintenance man for over 200 rooms, bit he was tasked with assisting housekeeping with trash removal and linen, instead of finding things to fix, which there were a lot of. Manager said the problem was that she was on vacation, wrong answer! This had been going on a long time, as seen in pictures below. Broken furniture everywhere. Grass was knee high and littered with trash. Mold on AC units. The only reason I stayed is this was a pay now, no refund property. Booking.com.....you should NOT represent this property and.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

  The location was great, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and even Walmart. We loved that the host thought of everything. Dishes, pans, blender, toaster, Kurig, etc. in the kitchen, even some of the small things we might forget to pack like salt/pepper! Rooms were cozy, furniture was comfortable, outside patio was good for small hangouts. It is upstairs, but was good exercise for us. We walked almost everywhere! Keyless entry was very convenient. We had a great stay as this was one of the best places we have stayed at!
