- “Staying on this particular canal on a houseboat was perfect. There was a lot of boat traffic and friendly people passing by while we had food and drinks on the small outdoor balcony. The location is a block or so from a Metro stop and a grocery store is around the corner. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There were three of us- my husband, me and our college-aged daughter- we had ample room and it’s a lovely interior. We will stay there again.”

  The price. We paid almost $1000 for two nights since OSU had graduation this weekend. It’s a basic, comfortable, clean hotel. Had I paid $125 a night, it would have been a good stay!

  My wife and I checked out 1 1/2 hours after checking in. The building our room was located smelled of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke and it was obvious people had smoked in the bathroom of our room. My wife has asthma and was having trouble breathing so we had to leave. The property is listed as a no smoking property.
