Although there were very few small things due to the hotel being new, the owner Liam and his wife personally took care of everything and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. This stay was exceptional in everything. The staff did everything they could to make our stay something special from the beginning to the end. Not only the service was exceptional but the villa, facilities, and all amenities. We booked the Cobra Villa for 3 nights, an absolutely amazing villa with large pool and jacuzzi where you could see perfection and love for each and every detail. The staff made an incredibly great effort to meet and exceed our expectations regarding wellness, activities, food, drinks, etc. The whole atmosphere in Belalu is magical. The only downside of our stay was that we had to leave again. We recommend Belalu to anybody who is looking for an experience out of this world and a special place full of beauty, tranquility, positive energy, heartfelt hospitality and embracing nature like no other.
